Scope of Services. Through this Site, KARMA 6.0 markets and arranges Cocktail Bar, Hookah Lounge, VIP Lounge, Live Performance, DJ Events, Karaoke Bar. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://karma60tx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KARMA 6.0 or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. KARMA 6.0 reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KARMA 6.0 makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will KARMA 6.0's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
